International Shipping - Part 2

Hey International Slashers,

All packages are ready to go, BUT, we've run into an issue of pick up. Originally we were supposed to have pick up today for all international orders, but the courier is now telling us they need reschedule the pick up for Monday morning. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but rest assured all packages are ready and will be shipping then.

Thank you for your patience. 

Look out for the next update, International Shipping - Part 3, alerting you that all orders have left the warehouse.

International Shipping Begins - Part 1

Hey Slashers!

This one is for our International Backers...

Shipping on International Orders should begin tomorrow (Thursday). You should also begin receiving your notifications then. All orders have been packed and are ready for labels, but we're doing one final check before we begin the shipping.

A second update will follow once boxes have been picked up a notifications have been sent out. But rest assured your packages will all be shipping before the weekend begins.

Thanks for your patience as we wrap up the final portion of our fulfillment on this project.

Shipping Status, FAQS, and More Part Deux

Hey Slashers,

We wanted to check in with the latest on shipping status, and more FAQs from Backers.

U.S. Shipping: Complete

We completed U.S. shipping as of yesterday (Wednesday). All packages have left our warehouse and have either arrived or enroute to U.S. backers. If you have not received your shipping notification, you can always find it in your BackerKit account. Just visit this following link and enter your email: https://efto.backerkit.com

International Shipping

We have also started prepping International orders. These should begin shipping as of next week. Look for another update when this begins.

FAQs / Additional Rules & Modes

For those who have received your rewards, FAQs are currently up on the website, so head there with any questions. Can't find your answer? Send us an email or message.

If you're looking for the additional modes and rules mentioned in the rulebooks, i.e. SURVIVORS vs SLASHERS PARTY MODE, these rules will be available on the website. We don't currently have them available to avoid questions and confusion, as we felt it best for players to get used to the standard ESCAPE FROM TALL OAKS game and LOCKDOWN expansion before dipping their toes in the additional modes. We should have these added to the site within the coming weeks. A notice will go out concerning this.

Typo Issue on Final Scene Card

No matter how much proofreading is done to a product, there's always "the one that got away," and as some backers have already noticed, The Jones Asylum Final Scenes, Dude card has a typo on it. Though the card says Jones Asylum at the top, it tells the player to put their Final Rescue token in the Tall Oaks Library. DON'T DO THAT. Place your token in Jones Asylum and head there.

Shipping Progress, FAQs, and More

Hey Slashers!

Wanted to send you all a quick update concerning US Shipping, International Shipping, FAQs, and more. Let's get started...

U.S. Shipping

We're currently 90% finished with U.S. Shipping. As we've gotten into the more custom orders in terms of items and shirt sizes, we've taken a little longer with the picking process, but rest assured we are trying to be finished with these final orders by this Wednesday. Then we will shift gears and begin International Shipping. This keeps us still within our 2 - 3 week window we mentioned to complete all fulfillment.

International Shipping

As noted in the U.S. Shipping section, we're a little behind with orders, but are aiming to wrap up U.S. Shipping by Wednesday of this week.  Then we will shift gears and begin International Shipping. We appreciate your patience.

IMPORTANT! - Shipping Begins / Tracking

Hey Slashers!

Today is the day...

U.S. shipping has begun and shipping notifications should have already begun going out. If you do not receive one, either your order hasn't shipped yet, or your SPAM mail ate it. DON'T FRET! All you need to do to access your shipping is visit the BackerKit page, provide your e-mail, and access your survey, and you'll see your shipping information and tracking link like so (if your package has shipped)...

U.S. Shipping should wrap by the end of this week or early next week, and then International Shipping Shall begin.
